When you book a service, contact us or sign up for updates, we may collect your name, date of birth, gender, postcode, email address, phone number and details of the service you are requesting. We only collect information that is necessary to provide the service you have asked for.

We use your information to deliver pharmacy and clinical services, manage appointments, respond to enquiries, meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a GPhC-registered pharmacy, and improve the care we provide.

Retention

Clinical records are retained in line with NHS and GPhC guidance. Other information is kept only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected.
