About these terms

These terms apply to the use of the McQueen's Pharmacy website (mcqueenspharmacy.co.uk) and any service you book through it. By using the site you agree to these terms. McQueen's Pharmacy is based at Unit 3, Maplehurst Close, Dartford, Kent DA2 7WX and is registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).

Use of the website

The content on this site is provided for general information about our services and is not a substitute for individual clinical advice. Always speak to a pharmacist or your GP before starting any new treatment.

Bookings and consultations

When you book a private service, you confirm that the details you provide are accurate. Some services require a clinical consultation and we reserve the right to decline treatment if it is not clinically appropriate. Refunds are issued in line with the policy shown at the point of booking.

Pricing

Prices for private services are shown on the relevant service page and are reviewed periodically. NHS services are free at the point of delivery where you are eligible.

Cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule most appointments up to 24 hours before your booking at no charge. Please contact us on +44 1322 310862 as early as possible if you cannot attend.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to McQueen's Pharmacy or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Complaints and concerns

If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service please contact the superintendent pharmacist using the details on our Contact page. You can also check our registration or raise concerns through the General Pharmaceutical Council at pharmacyregulation.org.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
